Wes hails from the East Coast and grew up in the Northern Virginia suburbs.  An exceptional soccer player, Wes played for Virginia Tech and later James Madison University, where he was as integral member of back-to-back National Club Soccer Championship teams. Upon graduating in 2002,  Wes co-founded and successfully conceived Colossal Recordings, LLC.  A real estate title recording business to publicly document land titles and interests. In 2006,  seeking a change of lifestyle, he decided to pursue his dreams of setting sights on the Pacific Ocean and moved west to California.

At first a career in Hollywood was what he sought, but after many gigs as talent and as production, he realized that his collegiate idealism, was not necessarily his career. With a background in hospitality and theatre, Wes easily transitioned as many actors do, into the food and beverage industry. Bartending in many well known and world renowned establishments he retired from the business and has been an active member of The National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and has held a California Real Estate Broker license since 2012.

Wes joined Manhattan Pacific Realty in the summer of 2017 after re-connecting with past colleagues and current team members. Seeing the vision of the brokerage and how the team conducts themselves in business and personal relationships, Wes decided that Manhattan Pacific Realty was the ideal home for himself and his growing team. He currently is a Broker Associate with Manhattan Pacific and the Founder/Team Leader of The Big Picture Group.

The Big Picture Group uses real estate as their vehicle to create change in the local communities of their clients, and to leave the world a better place than it was before by connecting and partnering with hyper local, socially impactful organizations. Dedicated to #DoMore and #GiveBack Wes fills his hours outside of the real estate world connecting with people and volunteering his time and skill set to various charitable organizations and events. As an avid athlete and sports enthusiast he can be found most early mornings getting a work out in somewhere in the Southbay.
